Dorrcee offers shipping outside India to the U.S., U.K., U.A.E, Australia, and Singapore, with free shipping for domestic orders above Rs. 2199 and international orders above $500, while Cash on Delivery is available only for domestic orders above Rs. 2199. Delivery times are 7-10 working days for domestic orders and 15-18 working days for international orders, and customers can track their orders and contact Dorrcee in case of delays, although customs and duties for international orders are to be paid by the customer. Dorrcee has a cancellation policy where only Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled within 24 hours, and Dorrcee reserves the right to cancel orders due to various reasons such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or delivery issues.
